Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Slate features, including Query Builder, Deliver, and Events.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, and data integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with higher education systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Perceptive Content Document Management System, and the Common Application system)
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations, such as FERPA or GDPR.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management platforms like Clickup or Jira.
- Certifications or training in Slate CRM or related technologies.
- Technical Insight: deep understanding of system integrations, data management, and CRM workflows.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Manage and configure Slate CRM, including workflows, queries, forms, events, portals, and communication campaigns.
- Design and implement integrations between Slate CRM and other systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Perceptive Content, and web application systems) using APIs, ETL tools, or other middleware solutions.
- Create and optimize advanced queries, reports, and dashboards for data analysis and business intelligence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Slate CRM functionality, performance, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work with developers, and vendors to design and implement scalable solutions within Slate.
- Analyze and document system processes, workflows, and data flow diagrams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and field mappings within Slate CRM to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform regular audits of system configurations and data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in testing new features, configurations, and integrations before deployment.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration guides, process workflows, and system configurations.
- Support end-user training by providing technical insights and ensuring adoption of Slate features.
