The Director of Analytics serves as trusted advisor to senior leadership for the University of Pittsburgh School of Business (Pitt Business).This position is responsible for delivering accurate, relevant and timely data and analysis to inform decisions supporting the school’s strategic goals.The Director supervises the day-to-day operations of assigned area and leads a team of two data analysts.Working closely with the Dean’s Office and senior leadership, the Director oversees the creation and implementation of data analytics collection and reporting to support strategic and operational priorities.

- Provide essential leadership to develop employees and teams to support a culture of analytics throughout Pitt Business.
- Oversee process to collect and validate data for external benchmarking, rankings and accreditation.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive assessment strategy for the school, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
