The University of Pittsburgh’s Athletic Department is seeking a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach for Women’s Basketball. The incumbent will assist the Women’s Basketball coaching staff with the physical and mental development of student-athletes and will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance. The individual will provide comprehensive strength and conditioning services, which shall include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities: oversight of the daily women’s basketball weight room operations, design of programs for injury prevention and rehabilitation in conjunction with athletic trainers, maintenance of accurate inventory and control of weight room equipment, and education and enforcement of NCAA, ACC, and department policies on performance enhancing drugs.
