Replacing and installing towel racks, shower curtains, coat hooks, floor tile, cove base, carpeting, ceiling tiles. Minor concrete patching, plumbing, H.V.A.C., plastering, painting, and electrical work. Minor carpentry work such as hanging shelves, pictures, mirrors, light cover replacements, handrails, adjusting and replacing of door closers and repairs to door locks including Persona locks. Moving, repairing and replacing appliances. Drive University vehicles as needed. Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Maintenance and Operations.
