The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time, non-tenure stream faculty to teach Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing in the Department of Health and Community Systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Instructor: A) A Master’s degree in nursing or a related field is required. B) Evidence of or potential for excellence in clinical and/or classroom teaching and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity. C) Demonstrated expertise in the indicated area of psychiatric mental health nursing. D) RN license in Pennsylvania.
Assistant Professor: A) An earned doctorate in nursing or a field related to the area of scholarship within the School of Nursing is required. B) Evidence of or potential for a sustained and impactful program of scholarship. C) Evidence of or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity. D) RN license in Pennsylvania.
