The Administrative Coordinator for Donor Relations and Parent Giving is an integral part of a creative and dynamic team within the Advancement Division. Their primary responsibilities include administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and assisting with special projects related to donor acknowledgements, stewardship, and recognition. The coordinator maintains a calendar of communications, events, and other activities that enhance the donor and parent giving experience. This work is often in collaboration with other University Advancement teams, University Communications, the University President’s Office, and other key areas of campus, as needed. The Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Donor Relations.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Office)
- Experience working in a cloud-based project management system, such as Asana or Monday, as well as a CRM or another relational database such as Raisers Edge, Blackbaud CRM, or Advance is preferred.
Education & experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum two to four years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is preferred
- Experience working in higher education or nonprofit development, customer service, and/or working with students, donors, and volunteers preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; 7.75 hrs./day; 38.75 hrs./week
- Minimal physical effort required
- Minimal exposure to physical risk
- Work is typically performed in an office, event space, or campus environment.
- Position requires some nights and weekends for Donor Relations and Advancement-related events with some potential for travel.
SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay grade 4 ($18.18/hr. to $22.72/hr.)
Salary : $18 - $23
