What You’ll Do:
- Warm Welcome: Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with a smile and helping them feel at ease.
- Patient Management: Register patients, verify information, and ensure accurate medical records.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay important information between patients and the healthcare team.
- Efficient Scheduling: Handle appointments with care and accuracy to keep things running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and comfort using computers.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay from $18.00 per hour to $23.81 per hour (depending on experience).

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the jobs compensation range and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
