Are you looking for a hands-on role in the medical field where you can work directly with patients and support doctors? We’re hiring Ophthalmic Technicians to assist in eye exams, diagnostic testing, and imaging. If you have experience in healthcare, optometry, or ophthalmology—or are eager to learn—we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
✅Help patients get ready for their eye exams by gathering medical history and checking their vision
✅Perform basic eye tests, including checking eye pressure, visual fields, and corneal measurements
✅ Assist with contact lens fittings and teach patients how to insert and care for their lenses
✅Operate imaging equipment to capture detailed pictures of the eyes
✅Support doctors by preparing exam rooms, handling paperwork, and scheduling appointments
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High school diploma required
✔ 1 year of experience in eye care or related field, optics, optometry, or ophthalmology OR coursework in optometry/ophthalmology (training provided if you’re new!)
✔ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Interest in learning about eye care, medications, and diagnostic tools, with a passion for advancing in the field or obtaining certification
✔ Certification is a plus! If you’re not certified, we’ll help you get there!
