What You’ll Do
As an OAR, you’ll be the friendly face patients rely on for a seamless experience:
- Engage with Patients: Greet, register, and schedule appointments while ensuring accurate data entry.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Address patient questions and concerns, providing guidance and solutions with empathy.
- Coordinate Care: Manage missed appointments, cancellations, and arrange interpreters or transportation as needed.
- Collaborate: Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and workflows.
- Ensure Accuracy: Keep patient information and clinic schedules up-to-date and error-free.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of one year in customer service or administrative roles.
