$18.33 - $24.76The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Provide a full range of audiologic diagnostic and rehabilitative services to patients under the supervision of licensed Audiologists.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Administers audiological tests to all patient populations, including but not limited to, pure-tone testing, speech audiometry, tympanometry, auditory brainstem response testing, otoacoustic emissions testing, central auditory processing tests, and tinnitus evaluations.
- Provides rehabilitative services, including hearing aid evaluations and fitting, hearing aid troubleshooting and repair, cochlear implant evaluation, mapping, follow-up, and assistive listening devices.
- Prepares clinical reports and departmental paperwork as required. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in an accredited Au.D. program required
- 3 years of academic coursework and clinical practicum completed required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
