Completes a program that offers an introduction to potential careers for high school students who wish to gain practical experience in a professional work environment within a specific department/program area. Offers the opportunity to develop valuable workplace skills, explore potential career paths, and contribute to the overall success of the department/program. This is for non-credit bearing experiences and only for those actively in high school.

- Assists with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Participates in team meetings and assist with project coordination.
- Develops communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintains confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provides support for special projects, as needed.
Minimum Education & Experience
- Enrollment in High School required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer skills required
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience in a professional setting required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
- Employee must meet all NYS and Federal regulations to work as a minor including working papers (if applicable based on age) upon hire required
