The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Location : Multiple openings across Monroe and surrounding counties

Full-Time : 35 hours per week

What You’ll Do

As an OAR, you’ll be the friendly face patients rely on for a seamless experience :

Engage with Patients : Greet, register, and schedule appointments while ensuring accurate data entry.

Deliver Exceptional Service : Address patient questions and concerns, providing guidance and solutions with empathy.

Coordinate Care : Manage missed appointments, cancellations, and arrange interpreters or transportation as needed.

Collaborate : Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and workflows.

Ensure Accuracy : Keep patient information and clinic schedules up-to-date and error-free.

What You’ll Bring

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience : A minimum of one year in customer service or administrative roles.
