What You’ll Do :
Lead Compliance Programs : Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with laws and regulations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity.
Contract Oversight : Oversee contract reviews and negotiations, ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental guidelines.
Regulatory Expertise : Ensure strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations, while serving as the primary liaison with government agencies.
Staff Empowerment : Develop engaging training programs to educate staff on compliance issues and best practices.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate compliance risks, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Audit Coordination : Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolutions and proactive risk mitigation.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; JD or MBA preferred.
Experience : 10 years in government contract compliance particularly DOD contract compliance with demonstrated leadership in compliance programs.
Expertise : In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other government contracting regulations.
Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships in a diverse environment.
Analytical Skills : Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills for effective contract assessment.
