Description:
The PRA position is the starting point to all patients ED visits. The position registers every patient that comes to Highland Hospitals Emergency Department. The PRA answers all incoming phone calls to the ED including Family/Outside medical offices and internal hospital calls. The PRA’s help setup taxi/wheelchair/stretcher and ambulance transport to residential housing/long term care facilities and other hospitals.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Demonstrated ability to word process documents and enter data into a database. Demonstrated skills related to achievement of customer satisfaction. Demonstrates the ICARE values to patient, families and staff. Ability to act as a resource to less experienced staff.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
