This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Provost for Global Engagement at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. The Vice Provost will be responsible for leading strategic international initiatives, promoting global partnerships, developing global engagement programs, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration across the university campus.
- Experience in international relations, global partnerships, and cross-cultural collaboration
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement global engagement programs
- Knowledge of higher education policies and practices
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Master's or Ph.D. in international relations, global studies, or related field
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
