Detailed Description :
Duties and Responsibilities :
Event Management :
- Oversee and coordinate logistics for all major Career Development Center events, both physical and virtual, including career fairs, networking events, panels, and mixers.
- Develop a calendar of events and manage implementation by collaborating with campus partners and external colleagues to assure optimal scheduling.
- Select vendors to find the best fit for events, and manage the event budget.
- Streamline communication with vendors and visitors to campus, including several hundred employers annually, to ensure they experience USD’s culture of care.
- Responsible for all event logistics including event registration, invitations, room reservations, audiovisual equipment, parking, catering, and marketing.
- Evaluate program and event success, and utilize data to continuously innovate and make improvements to future events.
