Detailed Description :
We are seeking candidates for our Clerical Temporary Pool. Human Resources organizes and refers individuals from the pool based upon the needs and requests from departments across campus. This recruitment will be used to establish a pool of candidates for current and future hourly, full or part-time, temporary assignments. Positions filled through the CTP provide clerical support to various departments on campus on an as-needed basis. Assignment duration can vary from one day to one year and generally range from clerical assistance to administrative office support. Job Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years administrative and / or customer service experience required
- Requires proficiency in the use of personal computers and associated software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette, written and in-person communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Must possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to maintain attention to detail and prioritize workload effectively.
