Duties
and Responsibilities :
Program Coordination & Management :
Oversee the execution and delivery of CEEN programs and projects, ensuring alignment with the center’s mission and goals.
Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions related to equity and neurodiversity.
Track program progress and outcomes, ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate CEEN annual program calendar and CEEN Director’s schedule and travel.
Support long- and short-term goal setting and strategic plan.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Building :
Foster strong partnerships with faculty, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program impact.
Support faculty and staff in developing and implementing research, curriculum, and community outreach related to embodied equity and neurodiversity.
Communicate regularly with participants, faculty, students, and partners to maintain a collaborative and supportive environment.
Research & Evaluation :
Assist with data collection and analysis to assess the effectiveness of programs.
Prepare and present reports on program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Contribute to research initiatives related to neurodiversity and equity in education.
Administrative Support :
Manage program documentation, records, and databases.
Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and workshops, including scheduling, communication, and resource distribution.
Assist with grant applications and fundraising efforts as needed.
Prepare materials for presentations.
Prepare financial reports and credit card reconciliations.
Community Outreach & Advocacy
Represent the Center at external events and conferences focused on neurodiversity, equity, and inclusion.
Support public awareness campaigns and advocacy initiatives related to neurodiversity and inclusive education.
Promote the Center’s work through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
Special Conditions of Employment :

Degree Verification Requirement : Persons offered employment in this position will be required to provide official education transcripts for degree verification purposes.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the fields of equity, inclusion, education, or neurodiversity.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in higher education administration or working within a university setting.
Background in facilitating workshops, training, or community engagement activities.
Knowledge of disability services, neurodiversity, and inclusive education practices.

Strong knowledge of and commitment to issues surrounding neurodiversity, equity, and social justice.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management software or databases.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
