Essential Functions
These are the job duties required of the position.
Essential Functions
- Sweeps, mops, and scrubs floors, waxes and polishes furniture, shampoos carpets, dusts furniture, performs general cleaning duties, disposes of waste paper, washes windows and replaces supplies.
- Performs special cleaning projects utilizing all cleaning techniques and equipment such as floor machines, wet/dry vacuums, and carpet shampoo machines.
- Operates small furnaces and air conditioning units.
- Cleans furnace rooms.
- Replaces light bulbs.
- Makes simple repairs to buildings and cleaning equipment.
- Reports damages to structures and equipment that require repairs to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Moves furniture and equipment, delivers supplies, and runs errands.
- Assists with setup and breakdown of equipment for a variety of events and guest relations when required.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
- Related duties as required.
