Transfer Credit Coordinator (Student Services Program Coordinator I), Minimum Salary: $37,735 per year, USCA Registrar
The Transfer Credit Coordinator provides direct service to clients in the Office of Registrar. With minimal supervision, the Coordinator is responsible for facilitating transfer credit and test score processes as well as entering incoming transfer work into the transfer articulation system. Utilizing all available university technology, works with USC Aiken students as they seek concurrent/transient work from other institutions and follows up on resulting transcripts and all data entry related to those. Provides highly efficient front-line customer service to internal and external constituents. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Excellent customer service/public interaction skills, and knowledge of and experience with Banner Enterprise System. Application deadline: April 14, 2025.
