Day To Day For This Position
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications
May graduates will be considered if they will be able to obtain their degree by the date of employment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and with individuals and groups with a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds. Demonstrated skills in advising students and student organizations, as well as, programming and budgeting.

Collaborate with Coordinator to develop curriculum for office programming and initiatives that provide meaningful, beyond the classroom experiences, for all students, Assist with the planning, implementation, recruitment, and assessment of office programming and initiatives and programs such as MAPP and EmpowerMENt.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 35 Job Duty
Develop, support, and advise student organizations by informing and supporting student organizational procedures. Assist and collaborate with campus partners to support student organizations aligned with the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs such as new or annual organization onboarding, event planning and budget development.

Assist with the collection of participation data as part of the assessment and reporting processes to make data-informed decisions. Assist with surveys and assessments to ensure presentations and programs are meeting student needs.

Assists with the development and expenditures of budgets according to university policies to ensure stewardship of all activities, programs, and related inventories. Collects and analyzes participation data as part of the assessment and reporting processes to make data-informed decisions.
