Facility Coordinator
Primary Duties Include
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
A valid driver’s license is also required to obtain authorization to drive state-owned vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
May graduates will be considered if they will be able to obtain their degree by the date of employment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Experience in facility management including custodial and maintenance, space utilization and scheduling, program planning and management, event production, and budget management

Building & Grounds Maintenance: Responsible for the continuous care of the University’s facilities and grounds, ensuring safety, cleanliness and continued operability. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of facility maintenance and improvement projects

Primary Duties Include

- Oversee inventory management systems and maintenance needs for in-house equipment and transportation
- Provide supervision for part-time student employees of the Russell House Information Center to include recruitment, training, and development
- Serve as an emergency response lead during designated shifts.
