Provide strategic oversight to the success in implementation, evolution, and maintenance of the CMMS programmatic areas within Facilities Management and departments/branch locations.
Job Related Minimum Required Education And Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications
Experience with common software utilized by universities facilities department (AssetWorks, PeopleSoft, FAMIS, PowerBi, ESRI ArcGIS). Ability to write JAVA scripts and/or computer coding
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
The ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations. Manage work and provide guidance to employees. Ability to make presentations and prepare reports. Ability to resolve problems and communicate outcomes, able to interpret plans and interact with various levels of personnel. Ability to use technology, problem solve and utilize conscious decision making.

Job Duties
Job Duty
- Oversees the program initiative of planning, implementing, and maintaining campus mapping from building and building systems datasets.
- Provides data analysis, data conversion, and data visualization for facilities and university leadership.
- Serve as the programs point of contact with other campus stakeholders as related projects arise.
- Coordinates and manages program activities related to the computer software’s utilized by Facilities Management by identifying business needs, opportunities for improvement, develops the business case, and determines solution approach and scope.
- Perform a variety of specialized work to maintain digital information for the department.
- Software’s include, but not limited to, evolving systems: AssetWorks, ESRI ArcGIS, FAMIS, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Assist the Director of Facilities Informatics and Reporting on strategic planning and the management decision making process.
- Works to develop program standards and requirements for documentation, specifications, issues/risk management, release and change management.
- Ability to effectively train and assist departmental staff that utilize software’s within Facilities. troubleshoot and serve as liaison with external constituents of systems.
- Serves as custodian for end users’ equipment and equipment replacing.
- Other services and duties associated at the direction of the Director of Facilities Informatics and Reporting, and/or other School and University leaders.
