Job Duty 1 – Inventory Management
Responsible for all aspects of inventory receiving, storage, and distribution using divisional and USC inventory tracking, procurement, and asset management systems to include managing purchase orders, receiving inventory, tracking inventory levels, reordering stock, shipping orders, and assisting with various tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure appropriate billing in billing systems. Maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made. Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to appropriate locations. Pull and prepare products for shipment. Move product from staging and/or storage areas. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas. Ensure safety protocols are implemented and maintained. Communicate with vendors to resolve any order discrepancies.

Support the procurement process by helping to review purchase orders, gather vendor quotes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Help identify potential risks related to procurement and inventory, and contribute to developing risk mitigation strategies. Work with team members to maintain accurate documentation and support audits, ensuring all procurement activities meet compliance standards and risk management protocols.

Perform routine inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels, ensure data accuracy, and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions and improve inventory control processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and accuracy in reporting.
