We want you in the Division of Student Affairs as our next Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Housing
Day to Day for this position:
- Communication with and supervision of property manager staff who serve as live in staff in the Greek Village
- Assisting in management of roster and billing processes
- Emergency support system for the Greek community and responding to critical incidents as needed.
- Creating practices and procedures to support Greek Village operations.
- Managing the substitute property manager process, event, and facility requests

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in student services or related field. Membership in a Greek organization. Experience in areas of fraternity/sorority operations, or advisement and risk management. Experience in housing or facility management, operations, and training is strongly preferred. May graduates will be considered if they will be able to obtain their degree by the date of employment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop training curriculum.

Conduct one-on-one meetings and expectations with staff to develop and review goals and outcomes, address concerns, recognize contributions, and build meaningful relationships. Maintain regular communication with House Corporations. Support recruitment and hiring process for property manager positions.
