Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
The Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Revenue Sharing Strategy and Allocation will work with Executive Staff and working groups to finalize revenue sharing models, policies, and procedures for student-athlete compensation. Providing oversight and management, this position is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and timely payment processing for revenue share compensation and distribution. Will collaborate with Head Coaches or designated staff member(s) to identify and implement competitive advantages within established revenue distribution frameworks.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred, strong understanding of NCAA regulations, student-athlete compensation guidelines, and revenue distribution models, knowledge of NCAA, SEC and University policies and procedures preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
