The Patient Support Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Student Health front desk operations. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient care, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include scheduling, customer service, data entry, documentation, medical records management, referrals, and assisting with the specific needs of Student Health Services.
Primary Duties:
· Manage a healthcare administrative team
· Oversee day-to-day operations of Patient Support Services including scheduling, patient flow and insurance verification.
· Maintain and implement patient support policies and procedures including monitoring access and use of protected health information (PHI)
