- Performs receptionist duties for both Consolidated Services and Facilities Stores Operations.
- Serves as supply specialist for receiving and controlling surplus items of equipment and supplies delivered to the warehouse.
- Unloads and inspects shipments requiring complex judgement in determining damages, shortages and correct specifications.
- Receives supplies and equipment from vendors and delivery personnel with Facilities Stores.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more years of job related experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
A high school education and three years’ experience in a warehouse/stores/inventory function.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must have knowledge of personal computer operations. Must have the ability to operate a variety of forklifts and other material handling devices. Knowledge of warehousing operations and handling of hazardous materials.
