USC's Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry is looking for a talented Clinic Assistant to join its team. We will need a bilingual English and Spanish speaker to fill our role. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a dental clinic.
Job Accountabilities :
- Schedules patient appointments after they are seen for a consultation in the clinic.
- Obtains authorization and pre-authorizations for patient care services.
- Ensures patient charts are prepared, through the direction of the clinic director, and assigns patient charts to students.
Administrative Skills :
The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00.
