What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOME DEPARTMENT PAYROLL TECH position at University of Southern California?
The Department of Population and Public Health Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine is in search of a Home Department Payroll Technician. The Payroll Technician will prepare and process a variety of payroll documents for staff, faculty and students. Other duties will include the entry of Workday allocations, process timesheets, request check payments as needed. The overall successful candidate will have knowledge of payroll polices, have excellent organization skills ,communication and have good interpersonal skills in relation to interacting with faculty, staff and students.
The position is full time and requires a Hybrid schedule, hours of work will be : 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.05 - $31.30. Minimum Education : High school or equivalent
Minimum Experience : 1 year
Minimum Field of Expertise : Skilled in payroll processing with knowledge of applicable regulations.
