Situated within SC CTSI Central Administration, the SC CTSI Technical Specialist oversees the technical assets that enable streamlined operations across the institute, including learning management system(s), project management software, website technology, service systems, performance dashboards, and other digital platforms. The specialist provides quality assurance through systematic development and continual improvement of our public-facing assets, as well as the systems that maintain them. They will collaborate closely with operations, communications, and evaluation teams to provide state-of-the-art infrastructure for internal and external stakeholders.Job duties : Produce distance education courses and lessons. Contribute to design of educational offerings within the systems. Oversee day-to-day organization and maintenance Moodle and Canvas Learning Management Systems.Oversee and perform day-to-day design, organization, and maintenance of the SC CTSI website, including the Online Educational Library. Receive, prioritize, schedule, and perform website task requests from cores and Admin. Oversee migration of web site from current platform to WordPress a re-design on the current platform.Support the use of InfoReady application & review platform; train new staff in administering grant and application cycles; help troubleshoot as needed.Oversee day-to-day organization and maintenance of SC CTSI Shared Google Drive. Receive and perform service requests for the Shared Google Drive. Tracking security and access regularly.Oversee, organize, maintain, and post video assets on Vimeo and YouTube accounts.Maintain and organize Monday.com and provide training as needed.Oversee creation and maintenance of various CTSI internal and external forms (e.g. CTSI intake form, Qualtrics / Formstack?)Oversee service portal for recharge services in coordination with.Oversee adding, removing, and maintaining organizational emails (any emails involving @sc-ctsi.org)Oversee and conduct training for staff and faculty on all of above, including producing SOPs and informational media.Contribute to evaluation of educational innovations with analytics and other input.Skills and Experience : Technical asset administrationCourse production, including distance educationCross-functional collaborationAttention to detailSome programming as neededThe hourly salary for this position is $44.90.
