Provide cross-product and cross-technology expertise to capability teams, offering input on solution design and best practices.
Coordinate new software releases, production fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.
Modify, configure, design, and test new interfaces for applications with other IT systems based on given requirements.
Perform system audits to ensure system integrity.
Collaborate with other IT application resources (across Business Intelligence, Enterprise System, HRIS, ERP, Learning)
