Position Details
The University of Tampa Office of Admissions is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Operations and Communications . Reporting directly to the Director of Enrollment Operations and Communications, this role collaborates closely with the Enrollment Management team, the Communications and Public Affairs office, and other university partners and vendors. The Assistant Director will oversee the strategic and effective communication with both current and prospective students across all stages of the enrollment funnel and student lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in hiring, training, and managing the day-to-day activities of the Communication Coordinator and the Operations and Communications student workforce.
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and success measurement of multi-channel enrollment communications, including website content, print materials, direct mail, email campaigns, outbound calling,
SMS, social media, and other emerging digital platforms.

Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Summer : Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.
