Provide comprehensive services to victims of sexual assault, stalking, interpersonal violence, and sexual harassment. Effectively manage referrals and demonstrate strong case management to ensure the safety and success of students. Establish and maintain a strong presence on campus to ensure students are knowledgeable of program services and how to access them..Serve as a resource for individuals impacted by interpersonal and sexual violence by assessing student needs to determine appropriate on- and off-campus resources, including but not limited to housing / academic accommodations, assisting in filing Title IX and / or police reports, physical and mental health referrals.Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for students.Maintain records and data related to student support services to ensure proper follow-up and documentation.Strive to establish strong presence on campus and ensure students understand available program resources through educational outreaches, leading empowerment groups, and attending programming to engage with students. Initiates and develops relationships with community resources including local hospitals, counseling and police departments.Ensure university response plan and procedures for incidents of sexual violence are updated, working closely with the Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator.Maintain and routinely update resources; including website, brochures and program library.Maintain relationships and partnership with various constituents on campus to provide best practice in service efforts..Minimum requirements include a bachelorand#x2019;s degree in higher education, student personnel services or health promotion, social work, counseling, addiction / alcohol studies, psychology, public health and / or a related field.One (1) year of experience in an advisory, administrative or educational capacity with college students or adolescents in community groups.Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of federal mandates and best practice in the field of violence prevention programming and threat assessment.Experience working with students and / or parents and families in advocacy support services and / or domestic and sexual violence prevention..Experience working with college / university students in sexual assault prevention and experience in social work field as a case manager.Two years or more providing assessments, interventions or counseling.Understanding of Title IX and Clery.
