The University of Texas at Austin is seeking to hire an experienced Organizational Trainer to support the UT Works Program sustainment. The UT Works Program will enable the university to better manage its physical spaces, improve the delivery of mission-critical services, provide better and more useful data to drive capital projects, and streamline workflows across multiple units.

Purpose
Design, develop, deliver, assess and reteach instruction for work management software, other technology, and business process training. Clients include Facilities Services, Planning, Design and Construction, Utilities and Energy Management, and University Housing and Dining.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree. 5 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering non-technical and / or end-user systems training. Demonstrated ability in adult learning models. Experience in facilities, construction, utilities, or frontline technician training. Proficiency in developing online training courses and using training simulation and video software. Familiarity with video production and editing software, creative design software, and Microsoft Office applications. Skills and Abilities : Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding. Creative and analytical problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Self-learning capabilities and confidence in seeking external support. Ability to instruct using various technology applications and platforms. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and usage for employee learning. Capability to develop relationships across different organizational levels. Comfort in providing strategic curriculum recommendations and managing project deliverables.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience training adults within an educational environment. Experience using Asset Works. Professional experience working in Facilities Services, Planning, Design and Construction, Utilities and Energy Management, and University Housing and Dining.
Driving Required
This job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current three-year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident.
Salary Range
80,000 depending on qualifications

Employment Eligibility :
