Summary: Provides professional and technical skills for specialized projects and services.

Must possess a valid driver’s license issued by the State where the applicant resides and must be insurable as defined in the UT System UTS 157, as applicable to the performance of essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Training Videos: Develop engaging and informative training videos from concept to completion.
- Recording and Editing: Record high-quality video and audio content, and edit using industry-standard software to produce polished final products.
- Multimedia Integration: Work with various multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and interactive content, to enhance training materials.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new training materials through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Content Management: Organize and manage a library of training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Quality Assurance: Review and refine training content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Participation: Actively participate in project tasks and activities, contributing to the overall success of the project.
- Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential issues.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any project-related challenges, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Help Desk: Provides support to users requiring assistance with PeopleSoft transactions.
- General Administrative: Assists with support functions to include account reconciliations, ordering of supplies, processing travel and expense reimbursement.
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learn and use institutional software systems.
Complies with all State and University policies.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in video production, including recording and editing.
- Experience with multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of multimedia principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in marketing or promotional activities is a plus.
