Requirements
We are seeking friendly, high-energy full-time & part time Servers with open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and are passionate about delivering Best in Class service.
As a Server, you’ll be responsible for taking food and drink orders, entering them into our point-of-sale system, and ensuring guests are served efficiently and courteously. You’ll work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to provide a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional service to members and guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Communicate menu selections clearly and offer knowledgeable suggestions.
- Ensure tables are properly set, served, and cleared in a timely manner
- Handle member/guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and table sections.
- Accurately prepare checks, collect payments, and process transactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service role is highly preferred.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and juggle multiple tasks gracefully.
