Brief Description of Duties :
The Department of Architecture and Urban Sustainability at The University of the District of Columbia, College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences (CAUSES) seeks candidates for an Adjunct faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Architecture and Community Planning programs, with a start date of approximately August 16, 2021.
This position requires the Assistant / Associate Faculty Member to meet a specific need to :
- Teach design studios in the undergraduate (B.S. in Architecture) program, as well as lecture and seminar courses in their area of expertise at either the undergraduate or NAAB accredited (candidate) level, specifically in the following courses :
- ARCP 101 BASIC DESIGN AND COMMUNICATION I
- ARCP 123 ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING GRAPHICS
