Responsibilities
\The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and referrals. They will also identify and address high-risk behaviors, create patient care plans, and teach patients essential skills such as breast and testicular self-exams.
\In addition, the Nurse Practitioner will take medical histories, perform physical exams, provide GYN services, collect specimens, and request diagnostic laboratory tests and radiological exams. They will also prescribe and administer medicines, ensure continuity of care for patients with chronic medical conditions, and document healthcare visits in the electronic medical records system.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. They will also possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
