Job Description:
The role of the Clinical Operations Manager at the University of Toledo Medical Center is to ensure staff of the Inpatient Pharmacy is staffed and trained to provide high quality pharmaceutical care. The Operations Manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desired patient outcomes in a community teaching environment. They facilitate the implementation of policies, procedures, and staff development programs that promote desirable patient outcomes using safe, cost-effective drug therapies. The Operations Manager will precept, mentor, and educate students, residents, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.
