Job Description:

The Director, Internal Audit is a strategic leader serving as the Chief Auditor responsible for planning, directing, and managing the university's internal audit function. This role ensures the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across all areas of the university. The Director provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the university's operations. This position requires a strategic professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a university or

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other relevant
