Required
- Two years experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
- Ability to travel and availability to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Acquisition Partner(s) to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
- Develops and executes a proactive, innovative, cost-effective recruitment/sourcing strategy to target qualified applicants for vacancies.
- Performs advanced sourcing including social media, internet and data base mining, developing relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, community agencies to identify and recruit candidates for all positions.
- Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult and visible positions.
- Performs structured screening and assessment to ensure applicants meet both job and organization requirements and makes recommendation to the Acquisition Partner on the referral of the qualified candidates.
- Develops and maintains network and database of potential candidates for future reference including pipeline of passive candidates.
- Coordinates and attends all community outreach events such as internal and external career fairs, school visits, etc.
- Other duties as assigned including special projects.

- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions as outlined above.
- Uses social networking tools and technology to source qualified, passive candidates by selling the organization.
- Engages and recruits passive candidates (recruiting top talent in the industry).
- Builds relationships and creates candidate pipelines for future needs within lines of business supported.
