- Amplify Our Reach: Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns that share the stories of UVM’s generous legacy donors.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in fundraising, gift planning, or high-end financial management.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in managing a client or prospect portfolio.
- Deep understanding of estate gifts, life-income strategies, and multigenerational wealth planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, combining strategic vision with hands-on implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable ethical standards, and a drive to exceed expectations.
Preferred Experience:
5 years of professional fundraising experience, preferably in education.
3 years of direct gift planning experience or equivalent.
Success in securing major gifts in the five- or six-figure range.
Experience generating current use funds while managing estate commitments.
