DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
PATIENT CARE SERVICES ADMINISTRATORS OF HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support and office management
Manages systems, processes, and resources as assigned that support the functions of the Patient Care Service division
Serves as the primary point of contact to ensure information, process, or policy updates are communicated to the appropriate staff and provider audiences
Schedules appropriate room accommodations, orders/operates equipment, and orders catering for functions as needed
Performs complex scheduling
Takes and disseminates meeting minutes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
Four years experience
Prior experience in a large academic medical environment
Prior experience supporting multiple executives
