POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
In partnership with the Clinic Chief, the Health Services Manager will provide operational oversight and administrative management for the Primary Care Clinic. The Health Services Manager will hire, supervise and mentor clinic staff, implement programs to meet specific patient care needs, and work to continually improve clinic operations and efficiency. The Health Services Manager will work with the Assistant Director to prepare and manage financial reports and budgets. The Health Services Manager will establish and maintain an operating environment that assures effective, efficient, and safe patient care practices, and will actively promote the goals of the UW Medicine "Patients Are First" Initiatives.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Located just off of I-5 in north Seattle, UW Medicine Primary Care at Outpatient Medical Center is open six days a week. (Our Saturday schedules vary. Please call ahead before visiting on a Saturday.)
Our board-certified physicians provide a full spectrum of primary care, including annual wellness and preventive healthcare services, management of chronic conditions, treatment of acute conditions, mental health services and routine gynecologic exams. We believe that continuity of care — a shared goal that fosters ongoing, caring relationships between patients and healthcare providers — is vital to keeping you healthy in the long term.
