UW Medical Center-Northwest - Facilities and Maintenance has an outstanding opportunity to hire a MAINTENANCE WORKER .

WORK SCHEDULE

40 hours per week, Day Shift

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager and Senior Lead Engineer, the Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair duties

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform minor maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital

Duties include moving furniture, cleaning work areas, stocking shelves and replacing light bulbs

Assist Senior Engineers, Senior Carpenters, Painters and Electrician Leads with troubleshooting and repairs

Assist with plumbing, electrical, and/or air conditioning troubleshooting and repairs

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED equivalent and one year or more of maintenance experience
