Job Description:
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Valley Medical Center and will be narrowed during the interview process based on several factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

TITLE: Talent Acquisition Partner
JOB OVERVIEW: Serves as a professional member of the Human Resources team and independently recruits candidates for a wide range of roles at Valley Medical Center and the Clinic Network including hard-to-fill critical positions. Carry out full life cycle recruiting processes while developing innovative recruitment strategies and effective marketing techniques to attract, screen and identify qualified candidates.
DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition
WORK HOURS: Typically, Monday - Friday. Some flexibility may be required occasionally to meet department and client needs.
REPORTS TO: Director, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
PREREQUISITES:
Level I:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another related field or equivalent, required. An additional four years of relevant and applicable experience may replace degree requirement.
Minimum two or more years of professional level human resources experience, required.
Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting, preferred.
Level II:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another related field or equivalent, required. An additional four years of relevant and applicable experience may replace degree requirement.
Minimum three years' experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, required.
Minimum one year of experience recruiting in a healthcare setting required, preferably in both a clinic and hospital setting.
Level Sr:

Essential Responsibilities and Competencies:
Partner with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and Compensation team to build comprehensive recruitment plans, clarify required job skills and competencies, and use the best sourcing strategies and techniques for each job category.
Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to working with hiring managers to determine job requirements, sourcing appropriate candidates, screening, coordinating, and conducting interviews, negotiating and closing offers, and overseeing the new hire onboarding process.
Proactively engage with VMC Staff to develop strategies for locating and attracting the best candidates for each position.
Review resumes against job requirements, conduct candidate phone screens/assessments against qualifications and present to Hiring Managers.
Source candidates using networking, social media, events, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and programs such as employee referrals, diversity, military, and professional outreach.
Manage posted requisitions using Applicant Tracking Software.
Verify that applicant licensure is current and active with the Washington State Department of Health.
Network with area schools and universities for potential candidates.
Attend recruitment job fairs on behalf of Valley Medical Center.
Assist in other areas of Human Resources as needed.
Assist Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Managers with various special projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
