Description
- Assist the Head Coach in aspects of a comprehensive and competitive intercollegiate volleyball program.
- Recruiting, practice planning, competition preparation, scouting, travel, and fundraising duties as determined in the discretion of the Head Coach.
- Assist with financial aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum two years of coaching experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed academically.
- Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, and alumni.
Desired:
- Master’s Degree.
- College coaching and recruiting experience in the Southeast.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
