Job Summary
Responsible for design, implementation, and operational support of the eCampus proctored exam system in support of students from all partner institutions. Provides support to faculty in initializing the proctored exam system at the beginning of each semester and session. Provides ongoing support to all related testing centers and test proctors needed to provide the proctored exam environment for the student experience. This includes USG institutional partner testing centers, other higher education testing centers in Georgia, Dual Student high schools for test proctor assistance, Military installations for test proctor assistance, online proctor vendors, and other independent proctor and testing centers needed to cover the student needs for the proctored exam experience. Provides ongoing support to students for assistance in scheduling and completing the proctored exam experience. Collection and analysis of proctored exam data for program and student success.
Responsibilities
Operational Support - 50
Operationally supports three stakeholders in the eCampus proctored exam model each Semester:
1) Faculty to initialize the proctored exam system at the beginning of each semester and session.
2) Students to provide an array of test proctor options and to assist in selecting the best one aligned for the student's need.
3) Testing centers and proctors needed to collectively provide the proctored exam environment for the student experience. Provide support as needed to any proctored exam requests for the eMajor program and eCore courses.
Testing compliance - 10
Responsibilities include design, implementation, and operational support of the eCampus proctored exam system in support of students from all partner institutions. Formulate and implement policies related to testing integrity and processes to ensure compliance with SACSCOC and USG. Work with testing vendors to manage and operate the program proctored exam environment
Financial Responsibilities - 15
Analyze testing-related financial information to develop efficient use of resources and procedures, and to provide strategic recommendations.
Outreach - 15
Provides ongoing outreach and support to students with proctored exam issues, along with student success assigned students who are in need of at-risk and withdrawal support.
Other - 10
