- Serve as a technical SME for Cogito suite of tools including but not limited to SlicerDicer, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SQL-driven metrics, and billing cubes.
Develop and implement technical standards and provide technical oversight to analysts working to deliver reporting and analytics.
Lead successful initiatives of organizational scope to enhance the Cogito platform, deliver complex solutions using the full range of Cogito capabilities, and anticipate and provide on-going optimization and support.Articulate resource needs for both new development and maintenance and work with organizational resources managers to obtain necessary resources per plan.Work with operational and clinical stakeholders to identify standard foundation content that meets needs or elaborate requirements for custom content.Articulate complex technical components in a succinct, easy to understand manner.
